Registration
To be included in the proceedings, every accepted paper requires a general (no student) registration and in-person presentation. Registration payment must be completed before the camera-ready deadline. Registration will open around mid August.

- Early Registration: Until August 15, 2026 (AoE)
- Late Registration: August 16 – September 25, 2026 (AoE)
At least one author of each accepted paper must register by the Early Registration deadline to ensure inclusion in the proceedings.

IEEE Member rates apply only to participants with a valid IEEE membership at the time of registration. Proof of membership or student status may be requested at the conference desk.
Registration Instructions
- Complete the online registration form via the conference registration system.
- Select the appropriate category (Regular / Student / Co‑author, IEEE Member / Non‑Member).
- Choose any additional items (extra paper, extra pages, banquet tickets) if applicable.
- Proceed to payment using one of the available methods listed below.
- Keep the confirmation email and payment receipt for your records.
Payment Methods
MIVELSA 2026 accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Bank transfer
- Institutional payment (via invoice, subject to approval)
All bank transfer fees and charges must be borne by the participant. Your registration will be considered complete only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the MIVELSA 2026 Organizing Committee.
- On or before August 31, 2026: A refund of 70% of the registration fee will be provided.
- September 1 – September 15, 2026: A refund of 40% of the registration fee will be provided.
- After September 15, 2026: No refunds will be issued.
Registration fees for authors of accepted papers are non‑refundable, as they are required to guarantee inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings.
All approved refunds will be processed after the conference has concluded. Any bank or transaction charges associated with refunds will be deducted from the refunded amount.
